The purpose of this project is to create AI model to predict 11 types of cancer using microarray data. We created a simple and easy to use GUI that allows Visualisation by patient cancer type.

The genomic dataset has been acquired and several preprocessing steps are carried out. The comparison between traditional Machine Learning approaches and Deep Learning approaches has been made to obtain the best optimal classification model
